Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 10, 2026Johnson Strategic Advisory LLC is committed to ensuring that johnsonstrategic.io is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience that meets or exceeds applicable accessibility standards.
Our Commitment
We are committed to making johnsonstrategic.io accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), Level AA. These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and address remaining issues.
Statement Preparation
- Date statement was prepared: May 6, 2026
- Date last reviewed: May 10, 2026
- Evaluation method: Self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, combined with automated audits via Lighthouse and manual keyboard, screen-reader, and zoom testing across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile devices.
Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure, landmarks, and semantic elements to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard, with logical tab order.
- Skip navigation: A "Skip to Main Content" link is provided so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass repetitive navigation.
- Visible focus indicators: All interactive elements maintain visible focus indicators to support keyboard navigation.
- Color contrast: Text and background color combinations are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
- Responsive design: The site adapts across phones, tablets, and desktops, and remains usable at browser zoom up to 200%.
- Form labels and ARIA: Form fields include descriptive labels, and ARIA attributes are added where they improve assistive-technology output.
- Alt text: Informative images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked as such so screen readers skip them.
- Reduced motion: We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query for users who prefer minimal animation. - Bilingual support: Site content is available in English and Spanish (es-MX), with
langattributes set on every page so assistive technologies can pronounce content correctly.
Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and configurations:
- Recent versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android)
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Operating-system-level high-contrast modes
- Voice-control software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control)
- Switch and assistive input devices that interact with the page via standard keyboard events
The site is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge across desktop and mobile.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full conformance, the following limitations are known:
- Embedded third-party widgets (Calendly scheduling iframe) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We have requested accommodations from the provider where applicable, and we provide an alternative path: you can email us at info@johnsonstrategic.io to schedule a call without using the widget.
- Free interactive tools (CFO Toolkit, Raise-Ready Scorecard) include data visualizations and complex form layouts. While we have built them with semantic markup and keyboard accessibility, some advanced interactions may have residual barriers. If you encounter one, please tell us — we will route the requested information through email or another accessible channel.
- Decorative animations: Some decorative motion is used in the hero and section transitions. Users who prefer reduced motion can enable that preference at the operating system level; we honor it sitewide.
We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility barriers as part of our ongoing development.
Third-Party Content
Our website integrates with third-party services such as Calendly (scheduling), Formspree (contact form processing), Google Fonts (web typography), Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Hostinger (hosting), and embedded LinkedIn elements. While we encourage these providers to maintain accessible platforms, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of their content or services. Where a third-party widget creates a barrier, we offer an alternative accessible path (typically email).
Ongoing Efforts
We continuously work to improve accessibility. Our efforts include:
- Regular review and testing of the site for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance
- Incorporating accessibility considerations into the design and development process from the start, not as an afterthought
- Addressing accessibility issues as they are identified, prioritizing those that block core functionality
- Re-reviewing this statement at least annually and after any major site change
